Aptus Control Systems, Inc. is an Electrical Engineering and Control Systems Integration firm. Our customers come to us for all of their industrial control and electrical engineering needs. Anywhere from the design phase through end of life, Aptus provides support of our client’s SCADA, HMI, and PLC based control systems. We design, manufacture, program, upgrade, optimize, troubleshoot, and repair industrial control systems.

Aptus is particularly experienced with process control applications involving water treatment. We have extensive experience in environmental remediation, water/wastewater, industrial wastewater, and water resources.

Based in central PA, our employees have over 100 combined years of experience.

Services:

Design & Design-Build

Provide Electrical and Controls Design services as well as control system integration services for Design-Build projects.

New Construction

New control system panel design, fabrication, programming, & system commissioning.

Upgrades & Retrofits

Upgrade dated control systems, retrofitting new control components into existing control systems.

Support

Provide ongoing technical support. Much of this can be performed remotely, but we also provide on site troubleshooting and maintenance.

System Enhancements

Modify existing control algorithms, or control panels to provide additional control features or functions, and/or to improve existing operations.

Variable Frequency Drives

Selection, Configuration, Installation, Troubleshooting, & Replacement.

Instrumentation

Selection, Configuration, Installation, Troubleshooting, & Replacement.

Telemetry

Remote Access, Virtual Private Networks, Ethernet, Cellular, License and License Free Radios, Fiber Optic, and Satellite Communications.
